I've owned a VW Jetta for three years now, and while I initially serviced it at other mechanics, I quickly learned that good service and workmanship can be found at this dealership. I've dealt with Bart on numerous occasions and he has always kept my car running well. He's always polite, professional, and courteous. Everything is done in a timely manner (credit to entire crew), and you always know the workmanship will be done right the first time. A+, keep up the good work.

My second time here and I was just hoping that Bart and Viola would be there. He was there with his bright, big smile. He took me before 7:30 (the actual start time) and left his breakfast behind. Now that is excellent customer service! I wonder what he mixes in his coffee to be so cheerful early in the morning. I hope his bosses keep him happy, as he is an asset to this place.

I got excellent service from the service department and from Azrin Lee. He never tires to follow up on my car's back-up camera problem. Good timing and keeps smiling all the time. Thanks, Mr. Lee.

Very happy with my experience purchasing a 2025 GTI from Volkswagen Unionville, especially the service I received from Sufian. Due to the delays by VW in releasing the GTIs in North America it was a 7 month wait between ordering the vehicle and taking delivery. During that time Sufian was frequently in touch with updates and he answered all of my questions. When the car finally arrived this week it was a seamless process. Shoutout to Michael as well - he gave me a great overview of the vehicle before I took it away. I would recommend Volkswagen Unionville and Sufian to anyone looking to buy a VW.

Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but he also answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. Sherman even came in on his day off just to help us pick up the car, which really shows his dedication to customer service. To top it off, he personally detailed the car before we arrived, making sure it was in perfect condition.
