Just picked up my second “R” from Unionville Volkswagen, and the team delivered an outstanding experience! From the top down, the leadership is strong and the customer focus is clear. Ramil, the General Manager, is personable and genuinely committed to making sure everything goes smoothly. My sales consultant, Sufian, was thorough, patient, and made the entire process seamless. Michael, the delivery specialist, is a true product expert—he clearly explained the differences between my previous “R” and the new one, and answered every question with confidence. Highly recommend this team—professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-centric. Looking forward to many miles of smiles in my new “R”!

I recently purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Jetta Highline from this dealership, and my experience was excellent. Sherman, my salesman, went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and enjoyable. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but he also answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. Sherman even came in on his day off just to help us pick up the car, which really shows his dedication to customer service. To top it off, he personally detailed the car before we arrived, making sure it was in perfect condition. The deal we got was fantastic, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you have the chance to work with Sherman. The customer care here truly sets them apart.

Very happy with my experience purchasing a 2025 GTI from Volkswagen Unionville, especially the service I received from Sufian. Due to the delays by VW in releasing the GTIs in North America it was a 7 month wait between ordering the vehicle and taking delivery. During that time Sufian was frequently in touch with updates and he answered all of my questions. When the car finally arrived this week it was a seamless process. Shoutout to Michael as well - he gave me a great overview of the vehicle before I took it away. I would recommend Volkswagen Unionville and Sufian to anyone looking to buy a VW.
